How to make order ?

Tell us what charcoal product you need such as shape, size, quantity, Packaging, and shipping destination. We will respond with the best offer and proforma invoice.

The minimum order quantity and completion time.

  • The minimum order is 1 x 20 feet container.

  • 20 ft / max load 18000kg : 20 business days or shorter

  • 40 ft / max load 15000kg : 40 business days or shorter

Packaging & Delivery

  • Shisha Charcoal Briquettes

    • Retail packaging upon request : pack (0.5kg), pack (1kg), pack (3kg)

    • Bulk packaging :10 kg

  • BBQ Charcoal Briquettes

    • Standard packing : 3kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15kg, 20 kg

    • Type of packing : bag, plastic bags, paper bags, carton

  • Upon customer request with different prices

  • Port : Tanjung Priuk (Jakarta), Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), Tanjung Mas (Semarang)

  • Delivery term : We use LCL and container with size 20/40 by FOB, CIF, DDP

Payment Term

  • The payment method is TT / LC

  • The minimum down payment is 40% of the total amount ordered.

  • The Ordered products will be shipped after we receive 60% of the total remaining bill.

  • After the payment completion, the buyer will immediately receive the original documents.
